Balance is something that we all strive to achieve. However there isn’t such a thing that works for everyone the same way.

In the next few chapters/modules I will be sharing with you what got me out of the misery of unhealthy relation with food and stop me from spiralling down over and over again. I am going to share with you tools and effective methods I used; that prevent me from losing total control and allow me to manage my emotional, physical and psychological well being. I will expose my personal experience of breaking through the viscous cycle of dieting, binging and bringing the end to the jojo effect forever.

Each chapter describes mechanisms of dysfunctional processes that we either create or allow ourselves to adapt to. The consequences of dealing with emotional eating and anxieties. Most importantly I will share the effective methods of breaking bad habits of self sabotage and create functional ways to design the life you always dreamed of. At the end of each module you will find a “manual”/ to do list as the additional support system for being able to understand, process it and start using the information immediately in everyday life.

How long it will take to start seeing changes?
You are going to see and make the changes from day one. But the real difference you will feel is as soon as "you let yourself be you."
Will i be able to leave my toxic habits and still remain the same person?
The moment you start understanding the essence of self-care and practicing self-love, you will be able to leave toxic habits behind and feel like the best version of yourself.
Would I be able to Would i be able to enjoy all the treats and tasty food without sabotaging my progress?
After learning and using all the effective methods that are included in the course, you will be able to have any treats you want on your own terms that feel authentic to you. You will learn how to gain control over intrusive thoughts that make you feel guilty or simply worse than you are. You will learn how to highly value yourself and live by it.
Do i need to share my transformation journey with my loved ones?
Your transformation journey is a life-changing experience; therefore, I encourage you to share it with loved ones if they are supportive, as it can create an opportunity to actually stay more committed to making positive changes.
Will i receive individual support if needed ?

How will i know that the progress i am making is enough to break the bad habits for good?
To sustain the big changes in your life, you must be consistent and keep applying newly learned patterns that contribute to your overall well-being and happiness. Once you feel how positively influenced your life has become, it will anchor in you and be navigated on autopilot.
